Jarrett sat down with me and went over the doctor's report. He showed me the muscles on a shoulder model that was torn and went over the plan for my recovery. I have been three times now and I am very, very pleased with the progress so far. Jarrett has patience with me, works one-on-one with me and shows me how to do exercises that will help me at home. No expensive equipment needed, just time and patience and I have that to get my shoulder back to full use."
