"This was my first and last time meeting Mrs. Brown and let's just say she left a bad impression. I came into the emergency room for cramping and a severe headache I've had for two days. She didn't seem too concerned and basically stated it was sinuses. Mrs.Brown jump straight to my eating habits. Let me make this perfectly clear I have maintained my weight my whole pregnancy I barley eat due to constantly throwing up and when I do eat I choose fruits and veggies salad etc . I have been tested for everything up under the sun. For you to try and stereotype me or lable me is beyond me . I personally wouldn't recommend someone who doesn't listen."

"Dr. Brown almost killed my grand baby. My daughter was in active labor, and had been for almost 12 hours. When I felt the time was right, we took her to the hospital next to Dr. Brown’s office. Dr. Brown was her doctor, and was on call that night. The nurse told us that Dr. Brown said for us to go home because my daughter was only at 2 cm. I tried to get her to change her mind, but I was unsuccessful. We left as fast as we could, and I took my daughter to Presbyterian in Charlotte where I told the doctor my history in the medical field and what was going on with my daughter and what her doctor said over the phone, and didn’t even bother to come to the hospital to examine her. He examined my daughter, agreed with me, and stated they needed to rush and do an emergency c-section. When they cut my daughter open and pulled out my g-baby, her face was blue and purple because the cord was wrapped tightly around her neck. They worked on them both and they are both healthy and beautiful. NEVER trust your life in the hands of someone who can’t take you seriously. The doctor stated that if they had waited a few more minutes, my g-baby would not have made it."

"I had my first visit with Dr. Brown earlier this week. She was great answer all my questions and really listen to my concerns. She even video call me today to go over my labs. She took her time and explained everything. I really appreciate that."

"0 stars, is what this place should be rated. I made an appointment here because a coworker loved Dr. Brown, and she offered a very detailed blood work that I wanted. This place doesn't resemble a doctor's office, at all. Not from the inside, not from outside, or even in the foyer of the building. When I went, there was 1 receptionist, who is also the nurse. 2 medical professionals in the whole office? Red Flag #2. When I got back to the room, the nurse/receptionist was nice and professional. Dr. Brown, however, treated me with the feeling of "why are you here?" the whole appointment. Why did I think I needed a hormone check? Then accused me of just needing to go on a diet and I explained that I have been on diets, and she said, "You have to exercise too. Not just diet." I told her that I used to be a runner and that I fell and broke my hand, and just never got back into it, especially since I have arthritis. She also said, "do you think you have arthritis or did someone tell you that?" It was just contradictory statements back to back. She then did a pap smear on me. It was the roughest pap smear I've ever had. It's never hurt when I've been to other doctors. She was extremely rough, and then she threw the bag of utensils in the sink afterwards. Her nurse/receptionist didn't even have gloves on when she got the pap smear utensils out of the cabinet. This place is dirty, unprofessional and doesn't care about you."
