"Went in because I had an ingrown toenail the doctor said the only cure was to cut part of the nail away I was going in for surgery a week later so I said ok do what you have to do The shots in your toe really hurt the Dr started to work on the toe I told him it wasn't numb he gave me more shots and was going to wait the nurse which I think was his wife told him your not leaving the room till your done he waited no longer and continued to cut my nail with out it being completely numb came to find out it was closing time and she wanted to go home I would never go there again"

"My mother saw Dr Bowers for a sore that she has had on for foot for over a year. She is diabetic, 83 yrs old and in a wheelchair so I took her to 2 of the 3 appointments she had with him. He did nothing but send her for an X-ray and then say it’s “ok,” when it is still not healed. The last appointment she had with him, he walked in and asked her “You’re not going to complain about it again today are you?” He tried to send her for an MRI and when she declined it (because she knew it would be just another cost) he told the nurse to “give her a boot” and to release her and walked out. So rude. So when his nurse mentioned the boot, I told her my mother has trouble with wearing one because she has a problem moving in it due to her lack of balance and not being able to walk. The nurse literally yelled “if she is going to be non-compliant she can keep the sore on her foot then.” She then said she would get someone else to come put my mom’s shoe back on and quickly left the room. I did it myself and got her back in her wheelchair and told her she would never be back to this office. I was literally appalled. It is absolutely horrible the way they treat some elderly people, and they should be ashamed. But of course they will bill her insurance whatever they want to, but Dr Bower did nothing for her wound at all. If they can’t treat their patients with care and the respect they deserve, they need to get in another profession. I would not recommend this doctor or this office to anyone, ever."

"I had a wonderful experience here. Receptionist was very friendly, nurses were knowledgeable and caring. Doctor did a great job and eased my fears. Highly recommend this place"

"So i am a type two diabetic and I have what they calls a diabetic ulcer and I went to go see dr bowers idk if I may or may not spelled his name right.. but Carrie the receptionist told me that I could not be seen today unless I can get a referral and so I did and she then said once I got back that I will have to wait till after Christmas but I needed assistance then. And remind u no one was in the waiting area so how are y’all booked and I see no one in the waiting area and she just walking around eating her crackers and not answering the phone.. idk what type of business they are running here but to turn a patient that was reffered to them around is mean and cruel.. Carrie has a very nasty attitude with me and that was not right"
