"I had a wonderful experience at Plexus Health. The clinic was great- They were easy to talk to and explained things in a very thorough way. Everyone was so nice and accommodating which offered a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The pharmacy was also extremely efficient and had everything I needed shortly after my visit. They also answered all of my questions and were incredibly helpful with everything."

"I was charged an incorrect amount. They said they'd refund the full first amount and charged me as second time the correct co-pay. After 2 weeks I called to inquire. I was told they would KEEP the overpaid amount as a credit on my account. They said they'd call me back when I challenged this. Four messages and no call back. They have almost $200 that does not belong to them. Looking at the portal it doesn't even show that I have a credit. No statement is available. Very unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT GO HERE"

"My experience here was not a good one, my grandmother is a patient here and at one point her experience was good but here lately it’s been pretty poor. Her previous Doctor has left the practice and her newly assigned doctor has more patients and it’s causing the wait time to see the doctor with an appointment to be over an hour long….. the doctor has patients being checked by the nurse and sat in an open bay with curtains hanging… No privacy to voice your concerns for the doctor. It was all around an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience…"

"This place is amazing it offers discounts for people who had difficulty forwarding seeing the doctor but need to. Super convenient really quick and easy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.kids adults senior citizens it's a place where all the even have an in-house pharmacy so you could just walk across the hall and pick up your medicine before you go home no extra steps."
