"I was introduced to this place not by choice but because of an injury suffered at work. My attitude at the time was one of shear confusion caused by the pain I was feeling. I wanted, needed help with the “what & why’s” of the situation I found myself in. I was taken back to an exam room and my journey began. The first and next few visits were less than perfect, I was very disappointed in the overall performance of staff outside the exam rooms. Unprofessional was a word I used quite often in my correspondence with the various personnel involved with my job and responsible for overseeing the course of my care. As I work for the state there were no shortage of addresses requesting my description of any negative reactions I had towards treatment. I kept very detailed notes of names, occupations, attitudes as well as my personal thoughts on each visit. I could tell after my 4th or 5th visit that there was a change in the way I was being treated had started to change. I could feel that something was going on. For the better of course, the way I was being “handled” suddenly started to improve and there were a few faces no longer part of my appointments. Since them my visits have been pleasant and very professional."

"Front desk greeted me with kindness, I was there for a drug screening for work. The he wonderful lady in the back was very friendly and a real professional. Was nice to be such a seamless process."

"When I arrived they stated they did not have any of my paper work and took them awhile to find it to get me checked in. Once checked in I went straight to the back and got my vitals the nurse was very polite. Doctor came in a few minutes later and said she needed to check on something. I waited an hour before she came back in the room just for her to tell me she is going to order an mri and she walked me back to the front desk."

"The staff in the front office are some of the most un-intelligent group of women I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. All they do is make assumptions and are wrong, on two different occasions I've wasted collectively about four hours because they couldn't check me in correctly, causing the doctor to not be able to see me. Instead of making assumptions they should ask someone who gets paid more than them questions and go based off of that answer. Overall not a great experience."

"I went there with the purpose of getting a drug test. I was feeling excited on the way there with my stomach just not feeling right. I tried to ask what I had to do. What the rules were. They said the nurse would tell me in the back. Went back there she was rude and wouldn't tell me anything till I was in the system. Complaining the whole time about other people saying she never tells them anything. I had never done a drug test like that before so she then she makes me read and sign in a rush the paperwork. I was very sick. I had watery poop and could not pee without pooping and I tried to tell them I was very sick. My husband was outside and they wouldn't get him. Didn't let me clean up properly and made me sit there in it for 20 mins like that. Finally they weren't and got him and never once offered to get me seen. They just say there laughing at me and talking under their breath. I will never be back here. They took my new job and threw it away. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!! THE TESTING NURSE SHOULD BE FIRED. YEARS DOING THIS... She knew what she was doing to me. Good day"
