"Firstly, the entire staff was nice. I must give the nurse, ALANA, a special shout-out. She was exceptional! My nerves were shot and she showed genuine compassion and care, making our visit a great experience. Service was fast. We checked in online with 6 people waiting, received the text to head to the office within an hour, and were called back within a few minutes. In and out within 45 minutes."

"I normally don’t like to leave reviews, because I feel like you should just receive good service no matter what. But Today I received exceptional service from doctor’s care, Rock hill! First I didn't want to bring my son into the wait room until it was time for him to been seen. And the lady who was at the front didn’t give me a hard time, didn’t get an attitude like some do! Instead She told me It was no problem and that she would just text me to come in. Well I missed not 1 but 2 text. And she actually called me instead of skipping my son. As soon as we came in we went strait to the back. I’m very particular when it comes to my kids and being sick because they can have all the symptoms in the world and still the test will come back negative only to test positive a day later. And I always tell the RN that, because sometimes I feel like they’re in a rush to just get to the next patient and don’t do a thorough job or swap for that matter. Well needless to say that was not the case today, because Jasmine the RN was on it!!! From her mannerisms, to her tone, she was very pleasant and Kind to my son. And if she was in a rush, I surly couldn’t tell! She actually did a full triage on my son and didn’t skip a step like some nurses do. Just to move along the process! I don’t want to tell them how to do they job, but not only do you know your kids after so many visit to an urgent care you tend to know the process as well. I can honestly say today I truly felt as though my son was in good hands regardless of the test results and for the first time didn’t feel like I needed to go somewhere else because they skipped a step or process or irritated because I asked question to ensure that my son is getting the best treatment. So a big thank you to the Lady up front sorry I didn’t get your name and thank you Nurse Jasmine & Dr Ky. Job well done today!!"

"Was charged a copay when I clearly explained my maximum out of pocket deductible has been met for the year. Was told by the receptionist Dr's Care charges a copay no matter what. Ive not paid a copay at any Dr or specialists office since April of his year (after my deductible was maxed out) in Rock Hill or Charlotte!! Then I hear the receptionist tell the next lady in line she has a copay bcuz her deductible hadn't been met!!! Thr receptionist was nice, nurse was cordial I wouldn't call her nice, and the nurse practitioner has a terrible bedside manner. He acted like he either didn't want to be there or doesn't like his job or people or maybe all 3. Asked me a question and then acted like he didn't wanna hear the answer. This why my regular physician is a woman. Men don't listen... Also the wait time was far too long since the office was empty when i got there and only 1 online appt was taken before me.This is my 2nd experience with this office and my last. The first time I was there 3 years ago I was also treated rude by the staff and they kept my drivers license for 2 weeks and never bothered to call and tell me they had it. I figured it out on my own!!! So no I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I'm going to request my insurance company reimburse me the copay I shouldn't have had to pay. I shouldve walked out then and there once she demanded I had to pay it..."

"I made appointment and thank goodness I did. Got in and seen pretty quickly. The staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable and I received very good care for my issue. Make an appointment before you go!! Can’t stress that enough if you don’t want to wait!"

"I went to Doctor’s Care after deeply cutting my fingers. The interactions from the receptionist, Melissa to the end of the appointment was kind, caring and respectful. Dr. Ky and nurse Jasmyn provided excellent care and treated me as more than a medical event. Thank you to all of you."
