FastMed Urgent Care

"Jennifer Dugan PA is refusing to release my medical records. They ran my insurance, I paid my copay, and I had services done. When I called for the results, I was told that I would not be allowed to get them and that I would have to come back in to see Jennifer Dugan. This place is in violation of multiple HIPPA laws. I have paid for my services through my insurance, and they are refusing to release my medical records to me. I will be contacting the necessary agencies to deal with this situation. As well as reporting their violations. FastMed is holding my medical records hostage from me. DO NOT GO TO FASTMED. DO NOT GO TO JENNIFER DUGAN. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND HOLD YOUR INFO HOSTAGE TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF OF YOU. This place needs to be shut down immediately."

"Made an on line sick appointment & had to get ready quick cause last one. Waited little over an hour to be taken back. Otherwise was a pretty good experience with both the medical assist and the PA. They listened & took time to review meds allergies symptoms and gave appropriate treatments for my condition."

The doctor I saw listened to my concerns, then asked me a lot of questions regarding my visit. She was able to treat me with medication and gave me follow up instructions. Definitely would recommend."
