"The Nurse & Doctor was sooooo amazing. They handle everything with care. Very respectful and so caring and nice . "Extremely unhappy with Dr Harvey. I have 4 kids and was first time I took my child. She talked to me like I knew nothing about children. Talked condescendingly to me, didn’t seem to know much about children in general and how they are all different. Treated me like I was computer illiterate on top of everything else. The nurse for her knew nothing about even taking my daughter’s blood pressure. The whole Experience made me completely done with the clinic and I almost just walked out during the visit. I will definitely be choosing a new pediatrician. I was absolutely insulted by the experience."

"My daughter has been sick. With multiple trips to ER for the same issue, which I believed was autoimmune. I shared this with her primary Dr. Scott Thomas, and he told me it was viral. I had to demand blood work , and he spent 20 minutes deterring me from it, stating my insurance probably won't cover it. It will be a high bill. That a lot of kids are coming in with viral symptoms. Despite sharing with him my history of autoimmunes and I see the similarities. I asked him to please notate her file, and he was refusing blood work. He said he would do it. I gave him all the labs I wanted ran. Guess what!?! My daughter has autoimmunes. His office wrote a referral for an appointment I waited two months for for it to be written to the wrong specialty. The referral was written to an allergist. My daughter has been suffering for months, and they rewrite a referral, not notating it as urgent. I have yet to receive a new appointment, and the second referral was made on Nov. 16th. I'm overly disappointed."
