"Was 8 mins late. Had to run to the bathroom, because I was sick. couldn’t sign in on my phone, from a link they sent me to sign in on. Was told by provider I had to use kiosk, to sign in. Then why send a link to sign in on? The provider had a pt during my appt time, so I had to wait to speak to her. She Told me I would have to reschedule because I was late. She did share I could sit and wait for a cancellation, but there was already one person waiting. She shared it was 3 pm and she would be closing and leaving at 4:30. Very Poor customer service."

"Bad experience at minute clinic with NP at Waxhaw CVS. My daughter clearly got a false positive strep test and suffered in pain with no call back from the NP after calling the call center twice. Our daughter was put first priority for the NP to call back within a 24 hour window and the NP never called back. We had to take her to another doctor and she clearly had strep throat and is feeling relief already after her 1st dose. Please save your time and money and don't go there. We have health insurance and the NP said it didn't work and charged us 99.00 instead of the 20.00 copay that was supposed to be charged. They also need to fix this charge and clearly hire NP who cares more about patients instead of a paycheck."

"It was very late Friday night, when I realized I needed to be seen by a health professional. What a relief to be able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning! Out of COVID concerns, it was good to be able to wait in my car, updated on my wait time by phone, until I was called to come in for my appointment(right on time). The NP, Christina was personable and professional in her words and manner. The updated facilities appeared bright and clean."

"The worst clinic we have ever visited. They mentioned the closing time as 7:30 pm and we completed entering all the information by 6:55 pm in the kiosk and waited for 20 min when the lady medical practitioner (doctor?) was talking to someone inside. At that time the wait time was shown as 0. We thought may be she was with another patient. Just 10 min before closing she came out and there was nobody inside. (she was actually talking to someone over phone) and said with a rude voice that she cannot see us now as she shut down everything. My wife requested her and informed that we waited close to half an hour and officially there is still 10 min for closing but nothing worked. We will never visit this place again."

"Huge wait time. Two NPs working. Inefficient. Should have faster schedule for flu shots. This is one of their flag ship clinic in the nation and needs to manage better. I did come here last year and it was faster."
