"Never had any issues wth ANY of the staff here. All the ladies are great;they are friendly,and always call me by 1st name,ask bout my kids,my dad& genuinely care for people. Dr.Randall is a wonderful Dr& individual,also Dr Jackson is definitely an awesome lady! Everybody in this office deserves praise for doing what they do& the way they do it!!"

"I have found that the staff here is compassionate yet firm. They work long hours and with very little recognition. Patients are blessed because I have been to other offices and the people complaining on this office would realize the majority of pain treatment centers care a great deal less. Most likely because they've been burned out on patients who aren't following the doctor's orders and are abusing the system as well as their medmedications."

"Very unprofessional staff, they don’t answer phone calls. And you go there for months just now to be told you need $200 just to be seen and even if you are seen have to drive counties away to get your script. This place is just a pill mill all they care about is their money, no care for patients whatsoever. These people don’t deserve to get to call themselves nurses or doctors."

"I went to this clinic about a year ago and my experience was ok. I saw Dr. Randall maybe 2 times before he stopped seeing me and put me with a nurse practitioner. She was great.. but I went to this location to see Dr. Randall & he never gave me a heads up that I wouldn’t see him again. About 4 months ago I returned and again, was not able to see Dr. Randall. Off and on before covid I have had stomach problems and had a endoscopy where they took biopsies & sent me to specialist at Baptist. I have been so so sick, never leaving home barely leaving bed. I had no meds left and had to cancel my appointment and was told by Jamie that I couldn’t come back for 2 weeks after having covid test. I told her I hadn’t been out of house and specialist would send paperwork regarding my stomach problems. Jamie said it would take 3O days for them to get paperwork. All the while, every word out of her mouth was hateful, condescending & snappy. I felt obligated to ask why she spoke to me that way but she ignored that. She also ignored the fact that i would go through withdrawals for 2 weeks without the least bit of care, concern, empathy... I would have gotten more sympathy from a rock. While seeing “Dr.Randall” I had no issues whatsoever. I followed all rules to a “T” and met all their guidelines yet I am punished and cast away without the needed prescriptions because I have a medical condition that has NOTHING to do with covid and who ever heard of it taking 3O days to get my records to my specialist? I will spread it near and far that this doctor’s office and it’s incompetent staff have no heart or compassion. I was NOT asking for a refill. I was simply asking for a later appointment when I can make it to their office without throwing up! That’s it! I had no other symptoms such as soar throat, fever, runny nose, haven’t been to a store or anywhere in public in months. Not even out of the house. I was treated poorly. My heart is broken. I know doctors are stressed and deal with a lot but I did nothing wrong and I am so very hurt. I do not write reviews but If this saves one person from going through what i did then it’s worth it. Whoever heard of being turned away for two weeks without the medication I need because of stomach problems that have been ongoing since before this epidemic. Whoever heard of it taking 30 days to transfer my paperwork from one doctor to another?"

"The doc has some serious issues. He is playing with people & their weaknesses. I know someone that has been out of medicine for 2 days now. Was supposed to get his new meds yesterday. Doctor isnt even trying to approve the new insurance so it can be filled.We had to go to a new pharmacy because hardly anyone is wanting to fill this doctors scripts. So the pharmacy my loved one has been going to for 5+ years won't take the script now. So now we are having to go to a new pharmacy & the doctor isnt approving the insurance. Everyone needs to have a guard up. Something is about to go down. To many red flags going on the past few months!! The doctors greed is gonna catch up with him."
