"It seems as though they care at first and then boom you're forced to hound them for test results and referrals. Which you'll have to make another appointment for hence another copay. Then when they say they'll get back to you with the referral, they don't. So you can maybe find out a little about what's going on with you but then you're just left to deal with it or start over with another doctors office."
