"I had an excellent experience at Cashiers Chiropractic and highly recommend Dr. Simons and her attentive and friendly staff. I was experiencing acute lower back pain in the summer of 2023 and was very happy with my relief and results. After some leg pain and tightness in my back in 2022, I sought medical help from a neurologist. An MRI revealed a pinched nerve and bulging lumbar disc. I had 3 months of Physical Therapy and followed up with home exercises. In June, I aggravated my lower back and could barely get out of bed, turn over, or bend down to pick up anything. Dr.Simons started adjustments and other therapy and after twice a week for one month I was feeling much less pain! After 2 months, my back pain was gone! I continued with more adjustments and home stretching exercises. Thank you Dr. Simons for helping me relieve my back pain. I am continuing chiropractic therapy in Florida for the winter months and look forward to Cashiers Chiropractic when we return to our summer home next year."
