"I had bad valves in the leg, causing swelling, Dr Chang sealed off the outside veins that were malfunctioning, I probably ate too much carbohydrates that caused it. Another Dr told me to avoid corn, wheat & sugar, & exercise, or I will have sugar diabetes, Dr Chang did his part & my diet of cole slaw with cabbage, carrots, onon, cucumbers, mayonnaise, ketchup vinegar & pepper solved the othe problems. After two weeks on a coleslaw diet, & egg & sausage for protein, I feel better & the swelling has reduced. My I no longer have to crowd my feet in my shoes. I found a job making furniture for our new house, which was the needed exercie."
