"Very unhappy with her beside manner and rush to get through the appointment. She had zero interest in my health issues! Also have never had a physician more concerned with my copay than my health. She reminded me before I left that I had a copay, which I didn’t had someone called my insurance for the correct information, and the receptionist had to call the doctor to tell her that “she said she doesn’t have a copay” before she could let me leave. Absolutely the worst visit with a physician I have ever had!"
"This is one of the best allergy doctor that I have found. The staff is very courteous and kind. I appreciate this doctor and the staff."
"The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. I've been taking the allergy shots for almost a yesr now and for the 1st time during a pollen season haven't had a sinus infection. The doctor is always helpful and has really helped me tremendously. The nurses are great, always very curious and knowledgeable."
"Dr. Shvarts is by for the worse doctor I've ever met. She is terrible. Sorry excuse for a doctor. Does not care about anyone. Acts like everything is your fault. Diagnosed us with something different every time. Extremely rude."
"I was having serious problems with asthma when I went to see Dr. S. I had already seen an ENT and my primary care practitioner, and had not been helped. Dr. S. was able to pinpoint some things the other practitioners had not been able to. She is very focused and bright and knows what she's doing. Her staff has been extremely helpful and nice, and have been very responsive when I've called with questions. Also, there has been next to no wait time at my visits. Unlike the ENT, she did not immediately press allergy testing on me, but wanted to get my symptoms under control. I started getting better within days of seeing her, and have returned to normal. We are lucky to have this kind of practitioner in our more rural area. My own primary care practitioner thought i would have to go to Atlanta to find one. She works fast and her questions can be rapid fire, but that doesn't mean she isn't listening or is rushing--she took in what I was saying and processed it. I would highly recommend her, and I used to go to one of the best allergists in Washington DC, so I do have something as comparison."
