"Housekeeping is abysmal here. There is dirt and dust everywhere. The front desk staff are good and Dr. B is ok if you can understand her and she is not rushing too much that day. The nurse is a totally incompetent moron. She constantly messes up details. She screwed up my records so bad that my insurance quit covering my medication. She even refused to wear a mask during the height of COVID. Drive elsewhere if you need treatment."

"The front desk staff are very kind, considerate, and truly make the office experience. Aside from that, the nurse seems as though she doesn’t want to be there. She took all my symptoms and I had to trust she was communicating that to Dr.B because the nurse and doctor were never in the room at the same time. I never received a hand shake or even an introduction from Dr. B identifying who she was. Between two visits I may have spent 7-8 minutes with the doctor in total and about 5 of that was a physical. I was never asked if I had any questions or if I even understood what was being said, not that much was. I was able to get one question in per visit as the doctor was going out the door. I didn’t get an explanation of my symptoms , what was causing it, or literally any other information other than my MRI was clear. Dr B and her nurse come across as very busy even when you’re the first or second patient of the day. I’d prepare to wait a while in the waiting room. My longest wait was over an hour then put in a room in a gown for another 45 minutes to wait. Communication goes a long way, bedside manner does as well. I’m not sure how a doctor comes to any conclusions without ever talking to the patient or asking any questions of the patient. It’s disheartening when this seems like the standard treatment in healthcare nowadays."

"Dr. B is an amazing and interesting individual…I enjoyed our conversation and was treated well by everyone there. You don’t get the feeling of haughtiness like with some doctors that treat you just as another number, as Dr. B seems to truly enjoy interaction with her patients. She kept me distracted during the painful parts of my nerve conduction tests for sure, making it easier to endure. No problem recommending her."

"I give this a 2 star rate because the front desk staff are friendly and a joy to talk to. Aside from the front desk, Dr. B's nurse does not come off friendly after your first visit. She is short tempered, snappy and has a tendency to make Dr.B feel rushed, she rudely comes into the room while you are with Dr. B to discuss other patients in front of the patient Dr. B is currently with. Which is not only against HIPAA laws but also is very rude and unprofessional. While Dr. B is a sweet lady, she is also very rushed and often has forgotten what you have just told her or discussed. Her team doesn't seem very well pulled together either. The man who does the procedures did not attach electrodes correctly to monitor brain activity and did not get a correct reading. I have been waiting to hear back about a test Dr. B wanted done and it's been over a month since she asked her nurse to set it up and I still haven't had the testing done. Seek a neurologist in another town."
