"I'm sure Dr. Veale is a fine doctor however his follow through is lacking. This is, of course, according to one of his staff members who called me to let me know that my surgery was going to have to be postponed because Dr. Veale dropped the ball on getting my insurance the proper paperwork to approve the operation. When I explained to Laney that this type of issue was not acceptable nor my problem she then tried to change her story saying Dr. Veale was just booked up for the day my surgery was supposed to be scheduled. Again, not my problem. I understand that we're all human and mistakes are made, however as a doctor you're held to a higher caliber than most so for your staff to call me and tell me that you have dropped the ball getting the proper paperwork to my insurance company 2 days before I was told by you and your staff member that I would be scheduled for surgery on my hand is beyond unprofessional. I recommend Tennessee Bone and Joint. Dr. Lee Radford and his staff are wonderful."

"I was having severe pain in my left shoulder, it hurt so bad to sit, move, or try to lay down and sleep!!! The pain seem to just start last year in October after I fell on my right side! I saw Dr. Bolton in November and he diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder, gave me a steroid shot and sent me to Benchmark for six weeks of physical therapy! At first I was doubtful and scared to do physical therapy but it eventually started to help! After 4 weeks my shoulder pain eased off and I was able to move my shoulder with much less pain and fear!!! I went back this week to see Dr. Bolton and he was very pleased with my progress on how well I could move my shoulder! So he released me from therapy and him! I’m so thankful to God, Dr. Bolton and Benchmark Therapy!"

"After being seen by a physician at an urgent care facility, it was determined that I needed to see an orthopedic specialist right away, Dr. Clarke and his receptionist Casey scheduled an immediate appointment for me. After reviewing my condition it was decided that I would need surgery. Dr. Clarke has been wonderful throughout this entire process and has made it as easy and comfortable for me as possible! This practice is ran by an amazing and exceptionally hospitable group of individuals. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!"
