"Because of their mistakes and I brought it to their attention they refused to do anything else for me. They had the logo placement too high even though I specifically told them what I wanted. This was a year ago and foolishly went back for another job with examples in hand. Since moving from Northgate Mall service hasn't been the same. I paid for set-up and I'm inclined to believe it more to their business practices. I filed a report to BBB because this business has shady practices"

"Not sure about others experiences. Firstly, the left out on the phone that I have to pay a design approval fee on top of the embroidery fee. Second, I came back to the store, they said the jacket has to be washed (reasonable) since I was wearing it. I returned the third day, after having washed the jacket. They said it has fuzz they can’t take it. I understand sanitary protocol and that is not why I am mad. I’m mad because they ARE NOT clear with their instructions whatsoever and is willing to waste their customers time. I would not recommend this place at all for personal embroidery needs. They only want to charge the design fee and embroider on their own merch."

I’m very pleased with the way the embroidery turned out. They took a picture I printed of the computer and turned it into an amazing jacket. I highly recommend this company!!
