"Unimpressed with the office in general. The staff doesn't seem concerned with your wellbeing and trying to change doctors is a process based on their convenience, not your preference. The last call I had felt accusatory, asking if I listened to their message the previous day. But I had no message from them cancelling my appointment at the last minute so they must have left my information on someone else's voicemail. I feel it's worth driving to Asheville for a better care experience."

Since his retirement I have now been dismissed as a patient from the facility and told I violated some contract that I never had with Dr. Todd and since there is a patient confidentiality clause. No other Doctor would know of our conversations. So since then I was told Dr. Clayton Davis is NOT accepting new patients so I can't even discuss my situation. Obviously, patient care is not there #1 concern anymore as they stated in there letter "that my health care is important to them" obviously not. I sure will miss Dr. Todd and what a true doctor he was and who actually cared for his patients."
