"I do not like this company. The manager makes you pay up front, and then you items are never ready at the promised date or time. Horrible!!!!! Also, if he knows you then you do not pay up front. No set standards. Also, they do not answer there phones. So be prepared to waste your gas and time to find out if you will ever get your product."
"I will never send anyone to this store. Customer service was horrible. I dropped an item off and the man Taybron told me it would be a week, came back had an excuse. He said another week, same thing another excuse and that he would call and it would be done today. No call, and still not done. So finally after 4 weeks it was done. Bad way to do business. Never take anything here to get embroidered you will wait weeks to months and just be lied to and strung along. Beware of this business."
