"Contacted practice 6 weeks ago for new patient appointment with Jamie Roy PA who I had seen at a different practice. I faxed my medication list the same day as requested and was told I would receive a call to schedule an appointment. *Called 1-2 weeks later and my medication list was never sent to be reviewed. Staff could not tell me when I would get a call back. *Waited another week or so and sent an email to the practice and an email to the general Advent Health email. No response. *Probably a week later I called again and person I spoke with was going to research situation and get right back to me. Never called back and that was at least 2 weeks ago. (times rough estimate). *Initial contact and medication list sent on 5/11/23 almost 6 weeks ago to the day. I initiated all contact and this practice has never reached out to me. I have given up, realizing this practice must have significant organizational, administrative, and managerial problems. Without knowing the circumstances this practice seems to be overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of patients as evidenced by extremely long phone wait times and inconsistent staff responses. I am concerned that I would have continued frustrating experiences if I became a patient here. Today I called Pardee BlueMD. After a short wait time ("

"My Wife tested positive for Covid and has been very ill this week, I needed to go get a test myself for work reasons and was told that I would have to come in for a doctors visit before he would order a Covid test at the hospital drive-through. I feel like this is completely unreasonable."

"Can’t get a callback after 3 messages over Friday through Monday for sleep aide prescription. Made me feel little like anxiety attack. So needed something else. Didn’t get anything so much as a text that something else could be prescribed A freaking phone call is all needed. Should be pretty simple but they can’t follow through with what is an easy task. Am looking for alternative provider after this. Probably time since relationships like this do deteriorate after a while. Guess it’s time."

"I am so disappointed. I’ve been going to this practice for 15 plus years. I am a nurse. Two days ago, I was diagnosed with covid. I called to get my inhaler refilled. I was told I had to be seen. The only appointment left, I couldn’t make because I had a doctor appointment with my child who is a severe asthmatic and has Covid. I called the next day to get an appointment. A different person told me they couldn’t see me because I have Covid. So, I curtly explain I need a refill on my inhaler. She is rude and tells me to go to the ER. Im sick, I have a sick kid and now I have to go to the Emergency room for a refill on my inhaler?!? This is abusing the ER, but now I have no choice. I will be changing my primary physician ASAP."
