"Kathleen Hayes has made me lose hope in psychiatry. She made me feel small, belittled me by asking me if I really thought my job was secure after I told her I was on LOA multiple times.(with a smug smile on her face). That is my livelihood and had nothing to do with my bipolar disorder. Seems as if she wanted to trigger and upset me. After that she cut me short. Said “go see someone else” nothing came from this visit except a deeper and darker depression. Then refused to fill out my LOA paperwork because “she didn’t know me”"

"This treatment center has a lot of friendly faces, and is full of kind people. The receptionists are very understanding and are flexible with their time, and the therapists are very adaptive when it comes to mental treatment. A few times, there has been bad miscommunication, but mostly positive stuff! If you really need help, this place is the place for you; they accept Medicaid and Medicare, as well!"

"Thoroughly disappointed in this establishment. I do not recommend them to anyone. They accept medicaid, yet kick out CHILDREN who have insurance on top of Medicaid. Not right!!!!!!!! No one even seemed interested in helping file different insurance. All they want is their money. Not personable. Not helpful."
