I scheduled my discovery flight in the summer and it has been rescheduled multiple times for various reasons (maintenance, conflicts, weather, etc..) I don’t have the time this season to complete my discovery flight and would like a refund. I understand Kerry has discussed this issue multiple times with no response."

"Most unprofessional approach towards enquiries. I tried using their Contact forms and emails to no use and was finally able to talk to someone on phone after repeated calls. Had scheduled a visit for 4 pm and tried calling them to confirm if someone will meet me since it's a 90 minute drive. No one picked up my call and I left a message stating that I'm not coming. They called back the next day to confirm that they're available and I started on my way. Tried calling on the way to make sure someone is going to be available and got no response. Finally when I arrived there the office was empty and a receptionist from next door informed that their instructor is out flying with a student and their admin had left early. Waited for about 40 mins for the instructor to get back uselessly and made the hour and a half trip back. Waster nearly 4 hours for nothing. Now I understand why their fees seemed lower than other competent schools."
