"I’m posting for an elderly family member. My brother was a patient of Dr. Cohen’s for years, Dr. Cohen was personable, caring, answered questions —my brother was happy and felt that he received good care. Dr . Cohen left the practice , and my brother was referred to another provider in the practice- Dr. Keys. He returned for a visit yesterday. Dr. Keys spent the entire visit disparaging Dr. Cohen. Told my brother that he had no idea why he was there or what he expected him to do. It was evident that Dr. Keys had not reviewed the chart. I was a provider for 40 + years, and in my experience Dr. Key’s behavior translates to a lack of ability and competency. Rude and unprofessional behavior isn’t conducive to good patient care. We won’t be back."

"I have debated on whether or not to post this review. I am a patient of Mission Urology and have been for some time. I absolutely think the world of my doctor. He is knowledgeable, takes the time to answer questions, compassionate and an overall nice guy. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I called the triage line to discuss a problem, I was basically blown off by the nurse stating she didn't think I had anything urological going on because I didn't meet all symptoms on the checklist. The next day I was sicker so I reached out to my family doctor who listened to me and I did have something urological going on. I was placed on two different antibiotics (at the same time). To the nurses, everybody is different. Just because someone doesn't have a symptom you think they should have doesn't mean they are not sick or don't need medical attention. It doesn't mean you don't take them seriously or blow them off. Especially after a procedure that is performed by your office. I should have been told by the nurse that I needed to come in, go do a urine specimen, something. Something other than basically it's not our problem. (These were not the words that were used but they should have been.) I have never felt so dismissed by a nurse as what I did. Take your patients seriously as they know their body better than anyone. My rating of three is a mixture of between the doctor and the nurse. I would give the doctor a 5 star review but the nurse I would give a 1 star."
"this place was so cold and unfriendly, i did not feel comfortable at any point. dr cohen was so hands off and only spent 5 min maximum talking to me about my situation. he didn’t care about my actual concerns and i honestly have no interest in going back. the nurse who checked me out was kind but that’s it."
"I have yet to have the procedure that is scheduled, but I am writing this strictly from a perspective of customer service and experience. Every single time I call this office, there is a wait of at least 20-30 mins. You would think I was calling the DMV, it is insane. And then the individuals who answer are not exactly friendly. When I am on the office speaking with the Doctor, the experience is great. But the team at the front desk and handling calls, there is some serious improvement needed here. Hopefully someone from the management team sees this."
