"Won’t be buying from here again! Bought a product from here a few hours ago and the employee confirmed that the item I was inquiring about was in fact the right thing, because I noticed the price was alot higher this time. I drive home and find out it is not what I asked for so I take it right back to exchange for what I asked for and they refuse to exchange it for the item I needed. If your going to sell items that literally come in the exact same box you may want to label your boxes yourself to avoid from selling customers the wrong item and them paying $20 more for something they didn’t want. Or train your staff better!"

"The worst place to buy anything in Wilmington. They literally double the price of everything in the store they tried to charge me $40 for a dugout!!! I politely declined and took my business to EZ PASS TOBACCO ON COLLEGE BEHIND WALMART! They ALWAYS have fair prices I got the same dugout for less than $20"

"Went to get a disposable vape which was $19.99 and it did not work. Went back and asked for a new and a refund for non working vape. The worker told me no and said that I would have to buy a new one since I didnt open it in the store. Gave me a $3 discount on 2nd one which was the same as the first vape and it did not work. After work I went back to get a refund for both vapes because they didn’t work and the worker laughed I’m in my face and said he didn’t know what to tell me. I will NEVER go back and spend my hard earned money there. They have no customer service skills. I now out $40 and neither of the vapes work."

"Over priced $10 charger broke after a few weeks. They wouldn't replace it. Didn't do anything for it to break. Not a first time customer either."

"Bought a fume pen. Opened it up same day and and it was covered in oil and no fire. They said no returns after you leave store. Never going here again. In addition I went to king vape along market and got the same product that works for three dollars less"
