"I wished I could give them minus stars, for what they did to my beautiful Beagle. We arrived early before opening last Saturday morning (12-2-23) with our gravely injured Dog. To which we were turned away due to us not making an appointment. These people have no heart, compassion or soul."

"They have zero compassion for their jobs/ the animals that they care for. We had been going to them for years and when my dog needed to be put down. They turned us away and told us we would have to drive to Knoxville to the emergency vet because they couldn't fit us in their schedule. I understand being busy and I understand not wanting to go home late but the lack of compassion for our family and dog was uncalled for. We weren't asking to be fit in for a nail clipping at closing. We were asking to rely on the vet to help us with an extremely difficult decision no one wants to make. They made us feel like the decision to put our dog down was nothing but an inconvenience for them."
