"I have had my kids in daycare's since they were born and have never found a daycare that cares less about their kids and families and only care about money. My child attended due to the location to my daughters school. They do not serve meat of any kind which was not an issue for us. When we signed up we were told our daughter would go outside everyday for an hour, they would get her homework done and then they would also have free play. My daughter has attended since May and barely goes outside, got put in the corner in timeout if she ever raised her voice, and they never did any of the homework the entire time she was there. They never communicated with me at all and I only found out about being in timeout from my child. They also will only communicate via message and will not even pick up the phone to inform you their was a positive COVID case. Our children deserve better than this. When my daughter found out she wasn't going back she cried and said thank you mommy. That just broke my heart. If I could rate this zero stars I would."

"I truly appreciate the experience that my children have had there. Great place for your children. Lots of field trips which is a plus."

"Worse daycare. Staff is very unprofessional and rude specially Mrs Rivera. they didn’t pick my daughter from bus stop. Lady at front desk started talking about late payment. when i asked for an explanation she said I don’t know I mainly work at kitchen. Don’t make the mistake to put your kids in this daycare, believe me you will regret it."

"One of the staff member is very unprofessional. You send your child with brand new items and after 4 months the indoor shoes are worn down and broken. The shoes were only supposed to be worn inside the classroom. The same staff member want to dismiss your concerns about your child by saying kids are kids. She got upset when another staff member volunteers to replace the items. She is quick to blame your child for the destruction of the items. She act like the school do not make mistakes and is not responsible for anything. She raises her voice when speaking to you thinking she is the one in control. It really makes her look unprofessional. They ask you to bring change of clothes and extra underwear which is not a problem. They ask you to bring pull-up for a child that is fully potty trained and said they use them for when they take naps. Using common sense, why would you use pull-up on a child that never shown they cannot hold their bladder. This school is not helping the children they are setting them back. Some of the other staff members are kind but this one person attitude reflects a bad reflection of the school. If she is not the one in charge they need to get rid of her. If she is the one in charge I recommend she need to go back to school for remedial training. This review may not effect the school but it might help other parents that had an issue with this school speak up and put a end to this. We are paying good money for our children to go to this school and do we really want our children being taught by an individual like this. My answer is NO. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate this place a no star I would. That’s what they deserve. Respectfully Concern Parent"

"Bright young minds Academy is very neat and clean. Is a wonderful place to take your children and know that they’re safe. The facility is meatless and they serve healthy vegetarian meals daily! My son loves going there. They are always doing creative activities, that are both educational and exciting."
