"Booked online as new customer, then needed to cancel, called local store, directed by automated system to a customer service agent that is out of the country, had to give way too much personal identifying info to them to cancel the appt, placed on hold for 6 mins while they cancelled my appt. They then gave a speech for about 2 mins about how to find prices, promotions, website, read my appt details that were cancelled, and then I was asked to do a survey..They gentleman helped me, he did a good job, he did it to a "T".. While searching how to cancel my appt online and finding I could not do that as easy as booking, I noticed a disclaimer that your Dr. will be a telehealth visit when you are in office. The assistant will do their thing but then you will do TH...I did not see that when I booked my appt, missed that fine print somewhere. IDK super weird the whole thing. I wasnt expecting it all. Feel they should be more open about how they conduct business, ya know like when you go to Aldi you know that you have to have your quarter and your bags and they are going to through it all in the buggie at the checkout so you can do it yourself..now if you did not know you would be shocked! I wont rebook, it all kinda feels like those red flags in a new relationship..plus other reviews, glad I dodged that huge mistake. This just isnt for me. Will get an eye exam at a small provider in town and order online glasses again for $10 a pair from Eye Buy Direct."

"Stay away! Five days after exam and picking out glasses, they still have not been ordered. Local number, but unable to contact the store directly as they use a call center. Even the call center has not been able to transfer my call the store in 4 days! Call center says they won't pick up, even after multiple attempts on multiple days. Don't even bother with the Customer service number, if they can't contact the store...Then what can they really do anyway. Total waste of time and have to start from scratch"

"I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone to waste their time here I like did. Maybe I missed something on the website, but there is not an optometrist on site. The “eye exam” is in an office on site with a telehealth technician. Very impersonal and I was skeptical but I was already there and needed contacts, so I went with it. My Rx in my left eye was off by an entire point. I told the sales person that I wouldn’t be able to see out of my left contact and he condescendingly said “yeah well prescriptions change.” I took the sample contacts home, and sure enough couldn’t see clearly out of my left eye. When I went back to get another exam, I was told by another salesperson that I must have not been clear with the technician during my eye exam. That I was the reason it was wrong. Why would I lie in my eye exam??I got a refund for the whole thing, exam included, even though the first woman said it was impossible to refund the exam. What a disappointing experience!"
