"Just have to leave a review! THREE blankets I’ve ordered from this AMAZING shop. I found her on Etsy. I first started off by ordering the purple blanket for my mom and I showed so many friends and family and every single person fell in love with it! Blanket #2: for my fiancé’s grandma. She is such a hard person to shop for but I knew one thing would make her smile is her guardian angels! She CRIED seeing this blanket. She was so happy! Blanket #3: for my beloved boss. She lost her son Labor Day weekend in a tragic accident. She misses him incredibly and I knew the one thing that she could hold was a blanket and she cried! She held it and it’s almost the only thing that soothed her. Needless to say this shop is amazing and I will forever to continue to order blankets from her! From the bottom of my heart... "Will send out a product even when they know they printed it incorrectly. I purchased a blanket red in color the product came ORANGE. When I called and explained the issue the customer service agent told me "oh yes that happens alot where a red product will print orange but I see your image is clearly a dark red so we will reprint it for you." Nope cancel my order! How do you think this is good customer service? I chose them as they had a special going on an it was great for the blankets that were not red but I had to go back to my regular vendor. Their pricing is a tad bit higher but I never have to worry about the product shipping out incorrect if I send them the artwork with the correct color profile. I matched up a blanket done with my regular supplier and one done by Ramco with the exact same colors as I have my templates locked in and it was a drastic difference. I sent the photos to Ramco and she continued telling me how yes it is obvious and they just mess up and print orange sometimes. Why not reprint and get it correct instead of waiting for the customer to receive was would be considered damaged goods to them. Makes the process so much longer. That't just bad customer service to me and wastes my time. Thank goodness I had the blankets sent to me and not drop shipped to my customer directly as my companies reputation would have been tarnished."
