"My sweet girl, Nikki had emergency surgery here the other night and they were so helpful and got her taken care of very quickly! The whole staff was so kind and they genuinely cared about getting her fixed and making her feel better. They also were very efficient at keeping me updated after her surgery. Thank you all so much for everything you’ve done for Nikki and I. I definitely recommend bringing your pet here if needed!!"
"It is great to have a 24-hour emergency vet nearby. They are not cheap by any means, however. Poor Bella needed 4 sutures. Take my opinion as just that. The sutures could have been better and maybe a bit closer. She popped one just sitting down. I was a field medic in the army during the Gulf War, I never made a suture other than in training, so I could be wrong. Overall, I am glad they were there when I needed them."
"Truly can’t describe how grateful I am for each and every doctor, technician staff and all the ladies at the front desk that had a part in taking care of and helping my sweet girl, Maui. Everyone was very professional, kind, informative and helpful with explaining the situation and answering any questions I had. Especially with it being Christmas weekend! She’s 9 almost 10yo, and we found out she had a serious life-threatening infection (Pyometra). This was my first emergency vet visit and first time at their location. Shortly after arriving they began an examination/tests. Dr. LeCoq thoroughly explained the next steps of action needed to save my girl after examining Maui, along with estimated quotes of what to expect. Katie with the vet staff was also very helpful answering all questions I had and updating me each time I called to check on my girl as they kept her throughout the night and following day after surgery. They had her scheduled for surgery the same day we arrived Dec.23rd. We were so thankful everything went successfully and we were able to bring her home the following day Dec.24th. Happy to have her home and in recovery. Highly recommend CASE hospital and the level of care and professionalism everyone there showed. I believe Maui without a doubt was in the best care that she could’ve had. THANK YOU to everyone at CASE hospital for helping my girl! ❤️"
"My first time having a pet emergency. Unfortunately my daughter's kitten didn't make it. However, the professional atmosphere was top notch. They were sympathetic due to how my daughter was dealing with it. They gave us as much time with the kitten to say goodbye...which was a few hours. They were never rude, and help me to sign up for a pet care card to take care of the visit. Thank you guys so much, you were a blessing in a time of distress. They even made a small buffet meal, because my daughter that she may want to eat again. If I EVER need any services again, I will heading their way"
"We've had to come here a couple times. The first time was for our 3yo dog Ruby who was having seizures. The second time was last night with our 11yo dog King. Turned into the worst day of our lives when we learned he had cancer and wasnt going to get better. We knew it was time to say goodbye to him. The staff and doctors were so gentle and kind throughout the process. It takes a special human to be able to do what the vets and vet techs do every day and we thank you all so much for taking care of our sweet old dog. We miss him so much."
