"If I could put zero stars for this facility I would. Super condescending therapists during monthly meetings. Would NOT recommend to any ethnic families especially if your first language is not English. They will make you get your own translator even though the law says that medical facilities should provide translators. Luciana, Melissa and Lucielle have been rude and just awful. If you’re in a custody court case don’t bring your child here they will remind you every time that “they won’t get involved with court cases” when no one has asked them to, that’s just always their response. Avoid this place at all costs don’t send your children here. We are now only communicating through email because something always gets misinterpreted in person. We have had a lot of therapists and guides help us through this journey but Moasic has not been any help at all, they’ve just added to the conflict. All of this is my first hand experience with the people here and feelings about the situation."
