I came in on schedule and was able to go right in to be tested. She is thorough and caring. I hope the VA does more contracting with private businesses in the future. She is very knowledgeable and professional."
"Traveling through town, one of my Oticon hearing aids stopped working. I called and asked if they could help and they said bring it right on in. Upon checking it, they found a wire that needed replacing and in no more than 5 minutes, I was on my way. Very nice and pleasant and no charge as I am still under Oticon warrantee.
