"Dr Robbins did my rotator cuff surgery and did an excellent job! I made a mistake in my time for my surgery & they called me & waited for me to get there (an hour) & took me right in. The whole staff is awesome! I would definitely recommend them for your needs. I’m doing great now, thanks to them!!"
"I never made it to the office .every time I tried to call to make an appointment.it said push 1 to set up appointment. Then when I did it said if this is not an emergency please call back durning office hours I had been calling for 30 mln.every time it hung up. So I don't guess I will be calling these people back. And after reading the other reviews."
"The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a very long wait either. Dr. Robbins takes the time to explain what’s going on, and has been excellent in coming up with a plan for my arthritis."
"I went here due to a hand injury and I should've went somewhere else. First of all, the M.A didn't take my blood pressure correctly. I know this because i went to school for nursing. She literally pumped up my arm and within 3 beats she was done.. She didn't get the accurate diastolic pressure. What is the point to do this if your not doing it correctly? Is it just a show? Following procedures but not being accurate with the readings is malpractice. I guarantee my blood pressure will be different than what she forged in the documents. Secondly, I had a 8:15 appointment and the wait time was ridiculous when I saw only one other group. All I had done was an xray to check if my hand was healing well and waited over 30 minutes to see the Doctor. Finally when David Robbins came in to see me I asked a question then he started raising his voice at me. He wasn't yelling at me at first but the question seemed to annoy him? Am I allowed to ask a question when I have inquiries about my injury and the follow up date? Even if my question was a stupid question my concern for my recovery should be replied without him screaming at me. The gentleman that took my xray was professional, prompt and treated me like a patient. Other than that this place is a joke"
"I broke my ankle back in January a trimalleolar ankle fracture. Was told it was one of the worst breaks he has seen. Have been going to Dr. Jordan for 8 months. I have wore newmorous casts , boot, and brace during that time. It's September now and I am walking without any assistance and have been for a month.. Great people, great service.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
