CPR Educators,

"I have called CPR Educators 19 times on a Monday and Tuesday leaving a message and also left a email as well and have not yet to receive a reply to either. When I call , there is at least 4-5 options to choose to talk to someone from billing/ payments , to applying to a class , to talking to class organizer and others but NO-ONE ever answered at any option chosen ! So two days no answering phones or returning emails ! Also what irritated me is the fact that when you go to pay for the class online, there is the term and conditions you have to check box and luckily I read it ( but who actually does read them) and it states that BEFORE you come to the class, you are required to have and bring student handbook/ manual but does not tell you where to get one or if you can purchase it form them ! Why do they not have that bit of information about having to have the manual on the class description/ information page ?!!!! Not only will they receive a bad review in which they deserve but I also will go out of my way to inform others of their incompetence! Day 3 ,.. let’s see how long it takes them to respond if at all !"
