CVS

"This CVS is awful. The pharmacy specifically. Never open normal hours and closes early or opens late. Yet again without my meds because this CVS pharmacy does not abide by the hours advertised. They never have anything in stock, so even if they are open you can’t get it because it’s on hold or the right people are not there. CVS buys all of these small pharmacies out and forces them to shut down to take business and then cannot provide the service they advertise. Beyond frustrating. Edit: Coming to add I returned the next morning during posted business hours and the pharmacy was still closed at 8:45a and the pharmacist was beyond floored I had the audacity to ask when they were planning on opening. Still without my medicine. Amanda Keeler either needs a ton of help or needs to be relocated. This is ridiclous."

"My (very common) medication has been out of stock two weeks. I've tried calling pharmacy multiple times a day for three days, remaining on hold 15-30 minutes each time, and still can't get anyone for an update. Transferring all my business elsewhere."

"Excellent. Pharmacy always willing to problem solve..call my doctor if necessary. There is often a wait, but when you are giving individualized careful attention to something as important as medication..that is to be expected. Thank you CVS River Ridge!"

"CVS please staff your pharmacy so they don’t have to close early, close the drive through and have a line 15 ppl and two days to fill medications. Treat your staff better and maybe you won’t be short staffed. We know you’re making a lot of money!!!!"

"I live a few blocks away and have been using this CVS as my drug store for several years. The folks in the pharmacy are really great -- there are a few who have been there consistently over the years, and really without fail they are kind, helpful, competent, and professional. During COVID they basically rigged their own clear barrier back at the desk with plastic and duct tape! They've worked hard to get things resolved with doctor's offices too, which can be such a pain as we all know. I see some negative reviews here and of course folks will have different days and different experiences. In my several years though, this CVS pharmacy has been terrific!"
