"My daughter just went to this place, she had an appt and they told her on the phone that she can bring her 2yr old stepson. Which for his age is very well behaved. When she got there they told her how much etc. She paid and they got ready to do her hair. All while the lady's were very nice to her the whole time. Mind you she drove over an hour to get there and the guy, I'm assuming the owner was rude and told her she couldn't have the baby there and that she basically needed to leave. My daughter is very upset, embarrassed cause she started crying and this man did not care. This was my daughter's birthday gift and now it's ruined."

"I have been going here about six years. I have only been disappointed one time and that was about a year and a half ago and the lady that cut it, corrected it. Everyone is always friendly when you’re going here. You have to accept that it’s a school, I will continue to go and support these ladies"

"I got a cut & color from Emily today. The one with black hair. It did take longer than I expected. But she did an amazing job. I absolutely love my hair."

"I have been going here for at least 5 years or more and only had a bad experience one other time. The lady I went to last week for a color retouch took big chunks of hair instead of the small sections that you could see thru to color. She was instructed after she finished that she did not cover my hair and to go back over whole head. She only went back over both sides and not the back so color is not even. I told her my hair holds to the color and I have always needed 2 shampoos to get all out and she did only one. I had to go back to wash bowl two more times to get all the color out and an instructor had to help . She then dried my hair without even asking me what I wanted and while doing that she burned my right ear twice and while doing so never acknowledged or said a word. Needless to say I pulled my head away both times and said ouch so she knew what she did but still no response . I understand if the student does not want to talk to me during the appointment but there needs to be some communication and apology if you mess up or have an issue(s) during the service. I should have complained but I felt bad doing so because I have been going there so long. Just beware as some students are not as experienced as others when they come out to the floor!"

"First time there but my experience was amazing thanks to Jasmine! Everyone there seems so enthusiastic, I truly enjoyed this academy and will be back again. Jasmine did such a great job even the hubby noticed and liked the haircut haircut.. extra points for that!"
