Our administration team goes over and beyond to make sure the children needs as well as the teachers needs are met. I love my children and their families. "I love working for smart kids concord! The office staff are extremely dedicated to us and the kids. They are supportive, compassionate and truly care for us as people not just a number. Your coworkers are just as supportive and willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Staff aways compliment each other administration shows their appreciation verbally and physically with small gifts/treats and parents see that we are one big team. Per usually you go into this field because of your passion and not money which true. Smart kids pay isn’t low or horrible but I gave four stars (wish it could be a 4.5) because I personally feel it could be slightly higher. However I also understand the economy we are in and ultimately smart kids is a business. The PTO, benefits and consistency in schedules do make up for the pay!"

"Ever since my son started at this center he has received nothing but the best care. Mrs. Malinda and all of her staff are amazing, super friendly, and understanding. I couldn't ask for a better place for my son to grow and learn. The turn around time getting him into the center was fast as well, the wait time was not long at all, he loves it there and I love seeing the smile on his face everyday at drop off and pick up. We are really satisfied with this center and will recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and great quality care for their child."

"My son is in daycare here since October. He's in the infant class and I'm very pleased with the staff and service. As a first time mom I was nervous at first but they really care about your child and their development as they grow. Could not be more thrilled. Only gave 4 stars since I can only speak to the infant room staff, management and short duration but otherwise thrilled"
