"Iv been a vaper for over 6 years. The shop hands down is well over 10 stars. Not only are the employees truly knowledgeable there also friendly and super helpful... Kourtnie is truly amazing perfect example of what costumer service should be. The store is a very positive and happy place to be.. . Huge selection of premium and house juice. Lots of awesome mods and rdas too .. its a true vapors paradise! I live all the way near hope mills and I try to stop by once a week to this shop. Hands down its best!!"

"The woman here is either dumb or a liar. My sister went in to see if they had a replacement part for my vape and she was told that it was not possible to fix it which caused my sister to just buy me a whole new one. While I appreciate the new one I feel that my sister was tricked into buying it. I have replaced this part before and the part is only $4 online....dont go here. They either have no idea what they're talking about or they'll try to trick you into spending money. Either way the business sucks."

"Ive been to a lot of "corner" vape shops and a lot of them are either stuck up and don't care about helping you, or most dont know what they are doing. The staff was very knowledgeable, very nice and accommodating i was very appreciative how they answered my questions and knew exactly what i needed and wanted without breaking my bank. I will not go to another vape store in this town."

"The staff is ok...some better than others. The reason for my rating is the fact that they have a problem keeping juice that sells in stock and other items as well. I think that they need to be more open to feedback too. I know I'm not running the store but there has to be reports that show the best-selling items, if not then maybe implement something to help keep the top selling items in stock. There has been many times I have left to go another vape shop and no its not the Yadkin location."

"I've been to this store twice now to buy liquids for my husband. Both times were the same. Even though I came in for something quick and easy, I was not being helped. Instead, the one person working at the time decided to answer every single question for one customer while the other group of us just stared on. Even when there was an obvious opportunity to multi-task and help others out with something simple, the worker just stayed with the one customer. I left after 45 mins with there being no recognition that I was even in the small store. I was not the first to leave. Other customers were obviously frustrated and the staff member didn't seem to care. She didn't address the wait or pay attention to anyone else in the store. This store needs to higher more people and especially people with brains capable of multi-tasking. It's really not that hard to figure out that if someone needs extended help while another person can be rang up and on their way in 30 seconds, you might as well get the line down. Also, the sign on the glass entrance says something to the effect of "18+ years only" yet, the last time I went in, one would've thought it was a side daycare operation. You've got to be kidding me. This is unfortunately the nearest store to me but I won't be returning. I'll go elsewhere for better service or service at all. Hopefully they hire people who are worth a paycheck or just close down entirely. Wouldn't mind a frozen yogurt place in its stead."
