"Purchased a vape that usually last me two weeks. Got it on Monday, was burnt by Thursday. Went in to see if they can do some sort of exchange for a bad vape and was denied. If you want a good vape shop with better prices go to Sals Lucky 777"

"First let me say that I have been shopping at this store since it opened and every time I go in there I am ALWAYS met with kindness and buy my usual 2 cartons (1 Marlboro and 1 Newport). I like when you have the "white" carton of Newport because they are usually $.25 off pack which equals $2.50 off the carton. Today when I was in there I was able to get a white box but was not given the $2.50 off but instead just $1.00 off. When I questioned the lady about it and told her I always get the $2.50 off she stated that I shouldn't have been given that. I explained to her that each pack says $.25 cents off and she said that if she did that for each pack she would be practically given me the carton for nothing..... REALLY??? $2.50 off something that costs $62.99 is practically giving it away?? I wasn't going to argue with her over $1.50 so I accepted my $1.00 off and went on my way. Not getting the full discount is not that big of a deal to me but it might be to someone else and it is just the principal behind the fact that your employee is cheating people out of something they are entitled to receive and then telling them they are wrong when they are questioned about. If your store employees can't honor a discount offered on the product then maybe the store should not sale things that offer a discount directly from the manufacturer. I hope this issue gets addressed so the next time I go shop at your store and I am able to purchase a white box of Newport that I will get the full discount being advertised on the product."
