"DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! The “pharmacist”, Julia Blair, is one of the most wretchedly horrid people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. She has literally zero empathy, and will do anything & everything in her power to block your getting the medication that you need. Zero empathy, and 100% hostility. We need more empathy in the medical field; not ugly, morbidly obese, mean spirited hags like Julia Blair. She is on a perpetual power trip and, especially if you are on ‘any’ controlled substance, will not budge from the “30 days from last refill” policy-never gave I encountered this with any other pharmacist, for all the years I’ve been filling medications. Do not ever use this pharmacy unless you want to be belittled, talked down upon, and treated as though you are an addict for filling ‘any’ (insert controlled substance here)"
"Service has really gone downhill since they closed the s roan st store and redirected their traffic here. I think they’re overwhelmed. Today was the last straw. I’ve had over 10 vaccines here over the past several years but no more. Today they closed for lunch while I was standing in line. When I complained this was unfair (I was on my lunch break), they relented and took my info then said my insurance wasn’t coming up and I needed to make an appointment and come back. Never had an issue before. Stopped by Walgreens on university 10m later. In an out in 10m. My insurance has a deal with CVS which is supposed to make it seem less, but it’s Walgreens from me from here out. Meds too."
"Waited on hold for 15 minutes to get a prescription refilled and they hung up on me after I asked if I could fill a prescription with a discount card instead of insurance. I don’t know if they are just understaffed or annoyed (or both). But that is not acceptable."
"Switched back over again to CVS as my health coverage plan changed. It's been awhile but all I gotta say is they've been pretty great. My Drs office kept sending in the prescription wrong as it's one of those taken on different days, adding up to an odd number per a 30-60-90 day prescriptions. CVS helped me get them to write it correctly. I have to change back one of my meds to my previous pharmacy due to the pharmaceutical manufacturer used. Not that CVS meds were bad, they're just not from the particular manufacturer I've taken for 12+years. Not all meds are equal from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some strengths per manufacturer are off more than others. Endocrinology meds being a type of medication you can't flip from pharmacy to pharmacy unless they consistently order from the same pharmaceutical manufacturer. It can make a huge difference, for me severe cardiac issues. Not good."
"The service at this location is poor. I have lost over $100 because of mistakes made at this location. I have had the employees second guess my daughter's endocrinologist rather than accept responsibility for their mistakes. I have also had them argue about basics like whether or not I am supposed to prime Tresiba each use despite instructions from the company itself. I am upset over the money they have essentially stolen from me. If I ask to pick up a specific prescription and they give me the wrong one, it should be on them. They should accept a return and replace it with the correct item. I was told this goes against company policy. I would certainly think that filling the wrong prescription goes against company policy as well. Another thing to note is that the same medication that keeps my daughter alive can kill her. Giving us the wrong insulin could lead to life threatening compilations. Nothing about this makes sense."
