"Now that I have been a patient for over a year, I want to add that I feel seen and heard by these doctors. The only negative thing I can say is I have had to see a changeover in doctors, but in my experience they have been better each time. My current physician makes me feel seen and heard, which is sadly not common in this day and age and more specifically in this field of medicine. You are not going to "get on over " on these folks. If you are looking for a doctor to listen and help, then this is where you need to go, but go in knowing you have to be open and honest and they will help you with what you need Whether it's medication or a referral to a specialist, they will give you support but don't go in here to self medicate. You follow the rules and work with them and you will find what you need. And to my #Cudea friends, yes Becky is a unicorn doctor, everyone here cares and listens to their patients."
"I have only seen this group of doctors for a short time, but I believe there were some changes made shortly before I became a patient and reading the reviews will show that. It looks like all the bad reviews were written a long time ago. I've never been treated anything less than courteous. They have always made their fees clear before I come in. They always have availability and accept walkins, as I had to be one once. As chronic pain patients we need to take into consideration that the doctors that risk their licenses just to prescribe certain medications for people to have quality of life, because the government, having no medical training, as these doctors have went thru years of trying and tell them how to treat their patients, as far as I'm concerned they treat me kind and help me understand, and I will follow their rules as they are governed too. Correct use doesn't equal abuse."
"First visit today. Everyone I encountered was very polite, respectful and caring. I was very happy to see a variety of seating available in the lobby because I know how much simply sitting in the wrong chair can exacerbate pain. First appointment was long and detailed but not arduous in any way. I appreciate how thorough they were in covering my medical history and current health issues that are both related/unrelated to pain, in detail. I wouldn't want providers to accidentally give me a medication that could harm me due to a health issue that I might think irrelevant, and not mention, when it truly does matter. I'm glad they asked so many questions, even when redundant. Redundancy may catch accidental omissions of fact, in the case we (patients) misheard the question asked. This is a good thing. Please don't be annoyed by it. They do it to protect OUR health. Not because they like asking us the same question 20 times. My experience today made me feel comfortable to move forward and allow this practice to treat my medical needs. I also would like to say that nothing was requested, said, done that wasn't thoroughly explained in my first telephone conversation with them. The paperwork they give you to fill out and sign details everything expected of the patient along with everything the patient can expect from the team of providers at Premier Health. Pardon my country expression, but there's no 'pigs in pokes' here. No unpleasant surprises, nothing said or done that wasn't on par with other health care providers I've seen. Reading some of the other reviews had me wondering if this place was some kind of circus. It truly is not. They were very professional. Perhaps though, there are some circuses missing their clowns/monkeys. Sorry if that was too harsh. I just truly do not understand what these negative reviewers expected to experience at this healthcare facility. Please accept my word/recommendation. Premier Healthcare is in no way shady, or operating in any unlawful manner that I, personally, observed. As a matter of fact, the intake process was more thorough than ANY other medical provider I've ever been to, of any type. Please disregard the negative reviewers. After experiencing the patient/provider interaction here, first hand, I assure you, the negative reviews are unfounded. Failing a urine screen or breaking rules, is done by the patient. If we do not do the right thing and uphold our end of your patient agreement, that is, in no wise, the providers fault. It is unfair to publicly bash them when you're (the patient) the one who failed in your treatment plan. Personal accountability is essential... Both in pain management, and in life. Thank you, Premier Health, for exceeding expectations. I am grateful to you."
"I've went there 2 time's & the first time I had to pay for the 1st time Patient fee. Which to me is Private I do not discuss. I have to get updated MRI & Then go back after the MRI & They'll help me. I don't have to pay the same amount after the first one time amount (Private). So I finally had the MRI done & going to make an appointment to go in. The Dr.is friendly, courteous, & Not bad to look at. The Nurse's, Practitioner's ,and everyone there was & is very attentive. I just lost my Husband & had to skip a couple month's of going in because I'm having a hard time with that. Especially Married 39 year's. So, anyway, I'm going call & try to get in next month which is only 2-3 weeks. So please, wish me luck at the Medical Facility that I can get the help I need & I know they know what their doing. Also,a Prayer that my Loss of my wonderful loving Husband is with me in Spirit."
