"Pitiful! No sense of Urgency at all. Complete lack of interest in people. Room was full, and we wanted to sit outside as to not get anything from others. They called us,standing out front, and told us they took 2 people in ahead of us, which there were 6 already, and told us we would have to wait at least another 3 hours. Pitiful!!"
"I was treated kindly, seen quickly & my issue was assessed thoroughly. The treatment was accurate & I was better in a couple of days. Thank you!"
"When I couldn’t get into primary care, I went to urgent care. The person who saw me listen to my concerns and accurately diagnosed. I was back to work after just a few days."
"Took my 5 year old in for an ear infection. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room is when they decide to tell us that the physician can’t see patients 5 years old or less. And instead of making an exception since she’s just a few months away when we’ve already waited an hour they just told us they’d be open again in the morning when our normal Dr’s office is open anyway. Now I have to take off work and make my child miss school just to get an antibiotic for a simple ear infection because we can’t treat a normal 5 year old with no other health problems."
"My wife tried to go in at 5:45pm to see about a skin reaction she's having. They told her they were closing soon and they couldn't see her. Their site and maps say they are open until 9pm. The lady was very rude and said she couldn't help because they close at 6pm."
