"I came in here and waited around 5 mins just to buy my vape. He didn’t give me my change till I asked. It really wasn’t a good experience. My vape also had a off taste and ended up throwing it away. Imma just stick to any other smoke shop because this one just isn’t the one."

"I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I spent almost $60 on a new novo4 kit an a bottle of juice. It came with 2 bad filters. And also didn't come with the charging cable it was supposed to come with. So I went back in, in hopes that they would solve the issue. They gave me a filter, and it solved the issue. So I asked the owner (I'm assuming is who he was face timing) if I could also get another one. To replace the 2 bad ones the kit came with. He said, "no ma'am I'm already loosing out on the one I did give you." So I guess me being the customer is supposed to loose out by not getting what I bought?? It's not my problem what came in the kit was faulty. I bought the kit an was expecting to get what I bought. Not having to spend even more because their stuff was faulty. I give props to the sales person who was in the store cuz he did the right thing, and replaced them both. Since I was owed 2 which the kit was supposed to come with. I didn't even mention it didn't come with the charging cable it was supposed to come with. Cuz I'm sure the owner wouldn't do the right thing there either. So from now on I will be bringing my buisness elsewhere. It's their loss due to the fact I spend a lot of money at vape shops. An due to the fact of bad salesmanship. I will also be telling my friends of my problems. Owners who won't do right don't deserve the buisness. I hope they learn a less from this for the future. And learn to do what is right. If someone buys something from you. It's your responsibility to make sure they get what they buy in working order, and everything that is supposed to be included."
