"Very outdated, no medical grade hand soap, didn’t see any visible hand sanitizer dispensers, the room was not cleaned before we were brought back, the nurse literally pulled the drape paper off the bed and pulled a new one down. Didn’t feel the provider was willing to take the time to explain things or that he was even listening. Will not be returning."
