"The nurses here are kind but they are in an impossible situation with overcrowding and a very old, small facility for what they are trying to do. There is no privacy at all; I could hear the medical history and the treatments of all the patients around me and see straight into the surgical room and hear all the preparation. There is not enough room for that number of patients coming through. I did not feel like I got the professional care that I needed."

"*Update: 01/2024 Still no results. The office has now informed us that we are obligated to schedule another appointment with them in order to get the results from the provider. Best part? The "soonest" they could get him scheduled is over a month away. Now we get to continue anxiously waiting for results that we should have gotten 2 months ago. Shameful. 11/2023 Very disappointed. My husband has been calling the office for days trying to get his test results. Left voicemails with no response. Now it's the weekend so we get to wait until Monday to try again."
