"The wait for doordashing is too long I'm not paid by the hour the more I wait in line here the less chance for orders else were. Also refused window service."
"Had to do a photo enlargement for a funeral service. The staff went above and beyond to help me get the best quality we could with a 30+ year old photo and were so kind."
"After a small delay in getting my Rx I talked to Tia in the pharmacy who immediately problem solved, fixed it and got my prescription. Not only was she extremely polite and helpful she called me with updates. A very good experience. Bill Lassiter"
"I normally have no issues at this pharmacy. Normally the staff is fast and efficient and friendly as they can be given the line that they normally have. Two weeks ago i had a doctors appointment as i always do and she wrote the same script that she always did. I went into the pharmacy as i always do and they tell me that the manufacturer of my medicine has it on back order. So i said i don't mind getting a different manufacturer getting a different make of it. However they said that all the manufacturers was on back order. So i asked, do you have any that i can have? I have severe PTSD and I need that medicine. As a matter of fact, its a lot for me to wait in the store to get the medicine. what im trying to say is im not just a drug addict in there trying to get drugs to get high i use mine as prescribed and as a matter of fact my pills get counted weekly by another doctor. At any rate when i asked if they had any they said they could give me 18 of 42. When i asked if they would call me when the rest came in they said, 'yes" Of course i never got a phone call. The next week i called them back and i asked if i could get the rest of my prescription as i was out. They said i could! So happily i had a family member to go pick up my script as i dont have a car. Needless to say they only had 18 in this bottle. So that made 18 + 18 = 36 Easy math yeah? so almost whole week goes by when i asked the girl if she was going to call this time and she didnt i called back, i asked that since i was getting a whole new script the next day if they could put the 6 on top of the next script. At any rate they said that they could not do that because state law something something then i indicated the false hoods in what they said and then it was well the system wont let one script go thru until the other has been used up completely. Long story just a little bit shorter...they did not fill my script because I had gotten 6 tablets the day before from the same script that they made me get less of the prior two weeks....At any rate....all that's all good...What kind of upset me is the way the pharmacist said i had gotten 18 the day before when everyone there knew i had only got 6...how can you mess up a date a week apart? Then i got the, "well do you not have any of the 6 left?" which i did...i had 3 left but that's not the point. The pharmacist made me feel like a drug addict. Which is what i do not want to feel like when i pick up my medications. Also the Pharmacist did not even realize that the reason i had partial scripts was because of the manufacturer back order. That was not my fault. For shame...Now today i have to leave my wife with a formerly broken neck and back," Thank God she can walk" if my family cant get it.....2** UPDATE: The Pharmacy did not let my family member pick up my script because they are still on manufacturer back order. Don't get me wrong....i get it..im going to give them an updated review of 3*** as they were really nice to my family member. I did switch to a pharmacy that is able to fill my scripts. I just dont understand how one pharmacy has the back order script but walgreens (a huge national chain) does not have it for more than 6 weeks. I don't know...im still giving them a chance with my wives meds."
"When calling to check on a problem prescription, Dr is in another state, I was on hold for 13 minutes. The hold was ok but then it rang for a long time then disconnected! Thank you for nothing, Wagreen. Wish I had chosen a different pharmacy."
