"I had been to this urgent care before and had a less pleasant experience so I came in with lower expectations today. It had been over a year or two since my last visit and MAN was it different. I did a walk in and was seen within probably 20 minutes. Kelly was very kind and explained the whole process. She gave me lots of options when it came to treatment and really allowed me to make my own decisions. I could not have asked for an easier or better experience!"

"Five stars and more! Clean, bright, welcoming. Staff Leslie and Tonya pleasant and efficient. Dr Kelly compassionate, engaging, knowledgeable, informative and a pure joy in friendly conversation. No one waiting when I got there on Weds about 11AM. Two came in to discuss billing problem while I was completing paperwork and left within just a few minutes, totally happy with responsive and thorough resolution. Unbelievable but true. Absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a medical office anywhere! Excellence in Healthcare should be the banner above their door. I am one Grateful Granna!"
