"Best veterinarian in statesville!!! Love everyone there, From the receptionist in the front to the nurses in the back, they have, hands down the best employees in statesville. I would not dream taking my dogs anywhere else"
"Dr Cartner is a good Dr, he explains well and seems to genuinely care about the animals."
"I have been looking for a good doctor for my dogs. I have been to several other places and was not happy with any of them. Doctor Cartner is very knowledgeable and cares for my dogs! I will continue to take my babies there!"
"Procedure went well and not having any problems… I did have a bit of sticker shock for what it cost to get a dog “fixed”. Their answer was inflation, I almost fell out. Is this everyone’s reason for everything and when is the line crossed for price gouging. We love our pups though and are grateful for the help."
"Three cats. All at once. Handled to almost perfection. They were efficient in spite of staffing shortages. My wait time was barely ten minutes. (I had an appointment and arrived a couple of minutes early.) Will admit the veterinarian did want to have me pay the top tier of service for each, but I also understand how difficult business is right now. I especially had no quarrel with the premium given how efficient, thorough, and patient every staff member and the veterinarian were. No clerical issues. Invoice had every bit of information. Provided every tag and document. I truly hope they can "fix" their staffing needs; however even though they are experiencing them I did notice that it impacted my visit. I suggest to anyone reading to just make sure you make an appointment, obviously."
