"At the Concord Mills location, the short blond manager is not customer friendly. I asked if they had a sweater in a different size, her response was “more are coming in” I repeated my question, again she replied “more are coming in”. She never addressed my question or asked my size. Nor did she make eye contact and look directly at the item to know specifically which one I was inquiring about. I asked another sales associate. She went to the back with no hesitation and retrieve my size. On my way out the door, the same manager had the nerves to say, “Hopefully, we’ll have your size next time you come in”. My response was, no worries, you had my size today, the other young lady retrieved it from the back. Moral to the story…. DO YOUR JOB!! Ms. Manager! ."
