"We LOVE the Knox Way KinderCare! Mrs. Annie and Mrs. Sarah are wonderful administrators who care deeply about all the children and their families. They are involved and fully engaged. The teachers employed are very talented in developing young children and teaching with lasting impact. The teachers and the administrators partner with parents to help reinforce learning and I love that so many people there care (both literally and emotionally) for our child. The Center has been very safe and their health and safety procedures are top notch - they also teach the children to care for their health. We would strongly recommend the Knox Way KinderCare to any family looking for a great environment for their child(ren)."

"My child has been attending KinderCare for a few months now. Her transition from her old school to KinderCare has been great. The teachers really keep the kids engaged. She actually tells me what she did at school which was not the case prior. I love that there are constant updates daily on the kids activities and candid and canned photos of your children available. It is really nice to know what goes on throughout the day while you are away from your kids. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you on any issues that you may have. I would say one of my misgivings is that I have not had a chance to meet the teachers, however this is solely due to the pandemic. I hope to speak to the teachers in the future regarding curriculum and overall behavior throughout the day. I would say one think I did not expect was light breakfast instead of full breakfast in the mornings. I recommend planning ahead by allowing your child to eat cereal in the morning in the event the breakfast is not filling enough. Overall, I think KinderCare has a great learning environment and would definitely recommend their services."

"My son has been going to KinderCare on Knox Way for about 16 months now. We had him on a waiting list at another center very near KinderCare well before he was born. They still didn't have room for him when I went back to work after 3 months of maternity leave, so we enrolled him at KinderCare. Within a few months, availability opened up at the other center, but our experience was so good at KinderCare that we decided to keep him there. The teachers are warm and great with kids. They take photos and send updates throughout the day. During the few times we had (small) issues, the Director, Annie and Asst. Director, Sarah always took good care of us and resolved the problem quickly, efficiently and with empathy. My son has muscular dystrophy and all of the staff at KinderCare has come together to support him, both physically and emotionally. They were extremely accommodating in allowing physical therapists to work with him at the daycare (pre-COVID) and even incorporated some physical therapy into his daily routine. They encourage him consistently while not treating him any differently than the other "typical" children. I have recommended KinderCare to friends and neighbors and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality child care."

"We have been enrolled at KinderCare for about 2 1/2 years now. Over that time we have seen a lot of change with new directors coming in. The current director Annie and assistant director Sarah are absolutely wonderful! They are always very welcoming and friendly. Our son loves going to school there everyday. He has learned and grown so much in his time at KinderCare. The teachers are great and love what they do. We drop him off everyday knowing he is in great hands. Highly recommend sending your kids here!"

"My daughter has been at Rainbow since the center's opening in 2015. At this point, she has progressed through nearly all of the classrooms. She has flourished there and her teachers have been phenomenal. I really like the balance that Rainbow strikes on play and education - she's learning a ton (when I ask her what she does at school she says "Learn!"), but it's not so structured that they can't just be kids. The facility is wonderful - multiple playgrounds, well-equipped modern classrooms, and a beautiful indoor gym. There is a full time gym teacher there and my daughter just loves him. We're expecting our second in the summer and plan to send him there too :)"
