"My daughter enrolled my grandchildren in this daycare. One was in the 3 year old class and the other was in the afternoon school class. Both of them loved going and the teachers were the best. They picked my grandson up from school. He loved riding the bus with his friends. The teachers always gave me an activity sheet telling her about their day and what they ate during the day. At Halloween everyone dressed up and went from room to room trick-or-treating. They loved their teachers and it gave me peace of mind at work knowing my children were in good hands. I would highly recommend them."

"This place is a joke. We spoke to the director 2 months before I gave birth. They assured us we could start in September. Took our initial money and all. We then touched base a month after delivery to confirm our start date. I was advised that we were given incorrect information and that they only hold spots for 2 weeks. Fine, I asked if there was an open spot in the infant room. The enrollment staff confirmed there was 1 spot. She then went on to state that they would call us if another family wished to start immediately and we would have the option to pay tuition early to secure the spot. My husband followed up this same day and spoke to the director who said she would call him back. She never called. We called tonight to check in after not hearing from here last week. Surprise, they suddenly are clueless as to the situation and stated they didnt have any available slots. They tried to pass the blame on different staff and basically I am 3 weeks away from returning to work now scrambling for childcare. The staff was incompetent to say the least in regards to enrollment. They were also rude over the phone. Take your business elsewhere, I cringe to think how they handle other matters. Addition as a secondary review was added after mine: They clearly have staff place counter reviews as a passive way of responding to negative feedback. (Suddenly a 5 star review outlining policy by a name that is oddly similar to the staff we dealt with). This facility made no attempts to work with us or make anything right after taking our money and not disclosing full policy. Don't worry, we found alternative care with an agency that has zero violations per the state's website so your incompetence was a blessing in disguise."
